'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne's Husband Thomas Pays Off $6 Million Judgment, Court Battle Over

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne’s husband has paid off a $6 million-dollar judgment in full.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Thomas Girardi and his law firm have been battling a company named Law Finance Group in court.

Girardi was ordered to pay Law Finance a total of $6 million dollars. Back in October, Girardi dropped $2,982,272.42 on the $6 million bill.

In newly filed court docs, Law Finance has informed the court Girardi has paid off the remaining $3 million plus owed. They state the judgment has been fully satisfied. The case will now officially be closed.

Earlier this year, the court battle started when Law Finance Group sued Girardi and his law firm. They loaned $15 million to Girardi but he failed to pay it all back on time.

Girardi paid $10 million but was then hit with a $6 million judgment.

Back in August, Law Finance tried to get Erika to show up in court. They believed she had answers about her husband’s finances and assets.

In the original lawsuit, Law Finance alleged in the suit that they believed the money was used “to maintain Mr. Girardi’s lavish lifestyle.”

The lender said Girardi breached a repayment plan they agreed to in August 2018. The deal was for him to make monthly payments, along with a $1 million payment by the end of October, and $5 million by January 1.

The suit claimed Girardi agreed to use the Pasadena home he shares with Erika Jayne as collateral in case he defaulted, the same home featured on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”Law Finance Group said Girardi has only made “hollow promises” to repay and hadn’t paid a dime. They sued for $15,151,989 owed.

Girardi strongly disputed the allegations and told The Blast, “The truth of the matter is this. I have not taken one penny from the law firm in the past three years. I have devoted everything to assist in the cases that we have here. Further, the money that was borrowed, we agreed to repay in approximately two weeks before the lawsuit. It is slanderous that the money was for my ‘lifestyle’ … every penny went for costs in cases that the firm is handling.”

Erika and Thomas are still facing a separate $3 million legal battle. Girardi’s law firm has been accused of stiffing a consulting company out of $44,000. Girardi has denied all allegations of wrongdoing and moved to dismiss the case.

Jayne’s “RHOBH” costar Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio recently settled a massive lawsuit accusing him of fraud.

Jayne recently celebrated her business success, "Like a lot of us I’ve always been a big dreamer and to see my @shoedazzle billboard loom over Hollywood makes my little girl heart flutter. ✨"
