'RHOBH' Star Dorit Kemsley In Danger Of Having More Money Seized In $1.2 Million Battle
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley could have more of her money seized as part of her husband’s $1.2 million battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star is once again being dragged into court.
The legal battle centers on $1.2 million Dorit’s husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, owes to a man named Nicos Kirzis. He is currently attempting to collect on the money. He claims PK has not paid a dime in years.
Kirzis was successful in recently seizing $29,634.10 from a bank account Dorit shared with PK. She originally tried to claim the money was her sole property. Kirzis recently made moves to try and seize money from a UK account under PK’s name.
As part of the case, Dorit and PK were ordered to appear in court with their bank statements. They also had to be grilled under oath about their finances.
In newly filed documents, Kirzis says he learned during Dorit's deposition about another bank account. The account is in her name but he believes PK deposits his money into it.

Kirzis writes, “The evidence here is that Mr. Kemsley had his income deposited into Mrs. Kemsley’s account. Mr. and Mrs. Kemsley have made no effort to rebut the presumption that the assets in the account are attributable to that deposit and have presented no evidence to trace the funds in the account to conclusively prove that they are attributable only to Mrs. Kemsley's separate income.”
He claims PK admitted “he directed deposits of his income” into Dorit’s account “to avoid the judgment.” Kirzis is asking the judge to order Dorit to turn over the money in the account immediately. A judge has yet to rule.
PK has denied owing the $1.2 million. He claims it was discharged in a UK bankruptcy he filed in 2011.
The Blast also obtained a video last year of a woman screaming at Dorit while on vacationing with her “RHOBH” co-stars. The woman was friends with another man currently suing Dorit and PK over a bikini business. In the video you can hear the woman scream at Dorit to pay her friend and shouting “you cheap bitch!”
Despite the legal issues and alleged money owed, it didn’t stop Dorit from celebrating her 43rd birthday in luxury or partying with Boy George.
Dorit and PK were also hit with federal tax liens over an alleged $1 million dollars in back taxes. the IRS filed two federal tax liens over unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Doritand Paul "PK" Kemsley for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.
The second lien was for PK solely and accuses him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016. The grand total of the debt for both liens comes to $925,310.90.
Looks like Dorit will have more than enough material for next season, where she will be joined by two new housewives.
