‘RHOBH’ Dorit Kemsley Dragged To Court For Post-Plastic Surgery Financial Woes

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star looks like a real jerk right now after being accused of ducking out on owed aftercare pay for elective surgery. Allegedly Kemsley was sued earlier this year by a woman named Natalie Vanderstay.

This woman claims that she is owed $8,600 in damages. In the court documents obtained by Radar Online. The nurse explained, "I am a private duty nurse and provided medical services for [Dorit]. [Dorit] had plastic surgery and hired my services for day and overnight care; to monitor and assess her pain and administration medications and treatments (as directed per her physician's orders). As well as address all her medical needs and concerns."

However, it appears the reality star didn't follow through on her end and paid up. "I submitted an invoice to [Dorit] after my services were completed, and [Dorit] has refused to pay me."

Dorit Kemsley Had Surgery In Late 2022

Kemsley's nurse claims she worked for the Bravolebrity from November 16, 2022, to November 20, 2022. She noted that her services cost $100/hour, and once she calculated the bill and sent it to Kemsley, it was a lot.

"By the hours I worked at my hourly rate of $100. I worked 86 hours at $100 an hour, totaling $8,600." A hearing was held in April, Dorit wasn't present, but the nurse told the judge the reality star had been served with legal documents.

The judge ultimately ordered Kemsley to pay up a total of $8,675. She hasn't given the nurse a cent yet, and the working member of society is getting frustrated waiting around.

Dorit Kemsley Hauled Back To Court

The nurse has waited long enough and is now taking Kemsley back to court to figure out how the hell she can collect her coins from the always-decked-out in designer Kemsley. Unfortunately for Vanderstay, she better get in line.

Many people have claimed to be waiting for outstanding debts from the Kemsleys; yes, that also means PK Kemsley. The Blast broke the news when he finally could pay off a debt with the Las Vegas casino Bellagio after years of struggling.

Then there was that awkward attempt at debt collection on the show when Dorit was confronted at a party by a friend of an ex-business partner named Ryan Horne. The couple and Horne tried to start up a swimsuit company called Beverly Beach.

It failed, and Horne sued the couple for the initial $205,000 he fronted for the swimsuit line. A woman yelled on camera at Dorit, "Why don't you repay Ryan Horne the money you owe him? You cheap bitch!"

PK was also accused of owing a man named Nicos Kirzis $1.2 million from a loan given years ago. So, you get the point.

This Nurse Is Waiting

On the bright side, this might be one of the cheaper debts that the Kemsleys currently have to take care of. The couple did struggle last year when their home was broken into, and many valuable items were stolen.

However, Dorit did have the surgery. AFTER that, she did hire the aftercare nurse, so one would assume she had the money to pay for it.
