'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Charged For Domestic Violence

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall has been officially charged over his domestic violence arrest.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, McCall is charged with domestic violence listed as ‘Inflict Corporal Injury to Spouse or Cohabitant’.

McCall is facing up to one year in jail.

A hearing was scheduled for August but it appears McCall did not appear. The court records reveal a bench warrant was held and the hearing was rescheduled for next month.

Back in April, McCall was arrested by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. He was taken into custody and booked on one felony count of injuring a spouse or cohabitant. The records show the alleged incident went down on January 14, 2019. The name of the alleged victim has not been released.

He was released from jail after posting $75,000 bond.

Marcille has spoken about alleged violence at the hands of McCall. She said, “Domestic violence is very, very real. I went through domestic violence. I finally found the courage to come up and talk about it about a couple years ago about what I went through with Kevin. I feel bad for women that have to deal with it. And it's actually not a laughable matter; it's something that actually makes you feel so little so you don't want to talk about it, but it really sucks."

Marcille and McCall broke up in 2015. They share a daughter named Marley Rae. She has discussed having to take out restraining orders against McCall on “RHOA”. She has accused McCall of abusing her while she was pregnant with their daughter.

She also discussed being in fear of him knowing where she lived. Marcille went on to marry her current-husband, Michael Sterling. They recently announced they are expecting a baby boy.
