'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Talks About Reality Star Changing Daughter’s Name Without Him

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall says he is over talking about reality star legally changing their daughter’s last name without him.

On this week’s episode of “RHOA”, Marcille was seen taking legal steps to change the last name of her daughter, Marley Rae. Her original last name was McCall, taken after her biological father.

Marcille split with McCall shortly after giving birth to Marley Rae. She accused him of domestic violence and took out restraining orders in the past. She has been open about her fear of McCall and her belief he is erratic.

Following her split from McCall, she went on to marry her husband Michael Sterling. The two have two boys Michael Sterling Jr and recently welcomed son, Maverick Sterling. On the episode, Marcille explains her husband has taken on raising her daughter as one of his own. She desired to have Marley Rae’s last name changed to Sterling.

The two go to the courthouse and had a judge sign off on the name change. Marcille gets emotional talking about the moment on the show.

After the airing, a follower asked McCall on social media about his feelings on the matter. The follower wrote, “How did u feel about ur baby officially changing her last name to sterling, and in national tv.” McCall responded, “I don’t watch TV im a star.” He added, “That happened 6 months ago I don’t re live stuff just because it’s “news to you” lol sorry try again.”

Last year, McCall sued Marcille in court demanding more custody of their kid. Marcille objected to the request arguing McCall was dangerous and unfit to be around Marley Rae. She accused him of never paying a dime in child support over the years.

In December, the judge sided with Marcille and dismissed the entire case.
