'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Released From Jail After Allegedly Assaulting Police Officer

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall has finally been released from jail after spending 5 days behind bars.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, McCall was released on November 10. He posted his $11,500 bond.

McCall was arrested and booked into the Fulton County Jail on November 5, following an incident at the courthouse. He was scheduled to appear for a custody hearing with Eva.

He recently sued the reality star demanding more custody of their daughter, Marley Rae.

McCall showed up to court and started recording himself on Instagram Live. A police officer told him there was no filming inside the courthouse. Things quickly went south from there with McCall threatening the officer.

McCall freaked out on the police officer telling him to take off his badge and fight him.

Following the arrest, McCall was charged with felony ‘Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree’. He was also hit with four misdemeanor charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement officer. He is facing up to five years if convicted.

The arrest is the latest in a string of issues for Marcille’s ex. Earlier this year, McCall was charged for domestic violence in a separate case. He is facing up to one year in jail.

The alleged incident took place on January 14, 2019, the name of the victim has not been released.
