'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Hit With Felony Charge Over Alleged Police Assault

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall has been officially charged over his courthouse fight with police.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, McCall has been charged with felony ‘Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree’. He was also hit with four misdemeanor charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement officer.

McCall is facing up to 5 years in prison on the felony charge.

On Tuesday, McCall was arrested at the Fulton County Courthouse in Georgia. He was scheduled to appear for a hearing in the case he brought against Marcille.

McCall sued the “RHOA” star seeking more custody of their daughter Marley Rae. She fired back asking the court to dismiss his case. She believes McCall is dangerous and shouldn’t be around their kid. She even accused McCall of not paying a dime in child support.

While at the courthouse, McCall took to Instagram live as he walked around the building. A police officer informed him of the no filming policy. McCall freaked out on the officer and challenged him to a fight. McCall calls the police a “B-tch” and yells “take your badge off.” The video cuts off but things clearly went south afterward.

According to court records, McCall is still currently behind bars and has yet to post the $9,500 bond.

The arrest comes amid months of bizarre behavior by McCall. He posted a cyprtic message to Chris Brown which caused his friends to be concerned. He wrote to Brown, “@chrisbrownofficial deuces baby bro I always loved you... if you remember i ever said, just remember : Make the best Decisions.”

Hours later he walked around shirtless and performed exercises on street signs.

As The Blast first reported, McCall was also charged in a separate criminal case earlier this year. That case stems from an alleged domestic violence incident.

McCall is charged with one count of ‘Inflict Corporal Injury to Spouse or Cohabitant’. He is facing up to one year in jail.

In April, he had been arrested by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. The alleged incident went down on January 14, 2019. The name of the alleged victim has not been released.

Marcille and McCall broke up in 2015.

Marcille has spoken openly about the alleged abuse at the hands of McCall. She has had to take out restraining orders and accused him of abusing her during her pregnancy, The reality star went on to marry her current-husband Michael Sterling.

She has been quoted, “Domestic violence is very, very real. I went through domestic violence. I finally found the courage to come up and talk about it about a couple years ago about what I went through with Kevin. I feel bad for women that have to deal with it. And it's actually not a laughable matter; it's something that actually makes you feel so little so you don't want to talk about it, but it really sucks."
