Rhaenyra and her uncle get cozy and 'House of the Dragon' fans are here for it

In Episode 4 of House of the Dragon, Rhaenyra and Daemon became true Targaryens when they visited a pleasure house and got even more comfortable with each other.

Daemon returned to Dragonstone and offered up his crown to Viserys. That night, he and Rhaenyra went out in the village under disguise, where they watched a play, had some drinks and ended up in a pleasure house. It was there that Rhaenyra ultimately found herself making out with her uncle.

This Game of Thrones spinoff is all about House Targaryen, known for over three hundred years of heavy inbreeding in order to "keep the bloodline pure," so it didn't come as a surprise to any fans of the series. However, spoiler alert, Rhaenyra and Daemon did not go all the way. Daemon seemed to have grown a conscience in the moment and walked away, leaving Rhaenyra alone all hot and bothered, which ultimately led to her seducing Ser Criston Cole, a member of King Viserys's Kingsguard.

Rhaenyra's rendezvous with Ser Criston stayed a secret, but her secret tryst with her uncle did not as Otto Hightower, the Hand of the King, revealed to Viserys that his daughter and his brother were seen "coupling" in the pleasure house.

Viewers were all for Rhaenyra and Damon and Rhaenyra and Criston, and took to Twitter Sunday night to praise her for her conquests, but it was King Viserys sending the Westeros version of a morning-after pill, despite Rhaenyra swearing on her mother's grave that she did not do the deed with Daemon, that really got the conversation going. One fan tweeted: "I cannot believe Viserys is more supportive of women's reproductive rights than half the United States Congress."

No baby Criston on the horizon since Rhaenyra was given the tea to "rid her of any unwanted consequences," but her relationship with her uncle is about to get real messy as Daemon asked Viserys for Rhaenyra's hand in marriage.

"Wed her to me. When I offered up my crown, you said I could have anything. I want Rhaenyra. I'll take her as she is, and wed her in the tradition of our house," Daemon told Viserys. "Give me Rhaenyra to take to wife and we will return the House of the Dragon to its proper glory."
