Resurfaced Tweets Reveal That Travis Kelce’s Alleged Gift to Taylor Swift May Be Another Easter Egg

Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce has reportedly taken a page from his legendary girlfriend’s playbook, specifically when it comes to easter eggs.

On Dec 14, the day after her 34th birthday bash, the Midnights singer shared a series of photos from her party with the caption reading, “Can’t believe this year… actually… happened? Thank you for all your beautiful birthday wishes yesterday. 🥲” (And all eyes were on the third snapshot!)

And in that third photo, we see the ring everyone is buzzing about: an oversized opal gemstone-clad ring with many dark gemstones surrounding it. Fans are convinced not only that her loving BF Kelce gave it to her but also that he looked for an Easter egg himself to give her the perfect gift.

Let’s take a trip back to April 2019, where Swift posted a photo of her colorful ensemble and rings. A fan commented on the photo, saying, “Taylor said, ‘My favorite stone is an opal because when I was bullied in school, my mom used to take me to T.J. Maxx after school to look at the opal jewelry. I thought opals were so beautiful, and somehow it made me feel better. We never bought them, just looked.’ #taylorswift.” (This refers to the Glamour interview back in 2016 when she divulged this).

So fans think Kelce is becoming Mr. Easter Eggs with this gift, and it makes it extra sweet if it came from him because since he was born in October, that makes it his birthstone!

For those who don’t know, Kelce and the 1989 singer made their relationship public in Sept 2023, but they actually got together sooner than that, specifically around July 2023!
