While Jennifer Aniston has been loving her 50s, it seems she got an insanely big gift on her big 5-0, and from her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Resurfaced reports from the Mirror allege that Pitt may have done something seriously major for her birthday: buying her their $79 million marital home that Aniston didn’t want to part from, and often referred to as her “dream home.”
Pitt and the Friends alum have been quite close in recent years, sending fans into a frenzy with their sweet reunions, and news of Pitt allegedly wanting to reconcile at some point, it’s not too shocking, or unplausible, that he’d go big for such a big occasion.

The claim goes that Pitt snagged the Beverly Hills house they bought together back in the early 2000s, buying it back for a whopping $79 million and gifting it to Aniston.
A year prior to Aniston’s big birthday, the house was listed again for $49 million. We’re not sure how it jumped so much to $79 million, but speculations have stated maybe Pitt made more renovations (which is something he and Aniston often did to the home)! And while this remains a claim, can you imagine how Aniston must have gotten?! Tough to follow up on a gift like that.
For those who don’t know: after Aniston and Pitt met in 1998, they married in 2000 and spent five years happily married.
They separated in early 2005, and had their divorce finalized in Oct of the same year.
