Husband-and-wife team Damiko Davis and Alicia Richardson have been trying to open their restaurant since 2020 but were delayed by the coronavirus pandemic. Davis was born in the Bahamas, moved to Florida in 1999 and moved to Fort Pierce in 2011. He wanted to open a smoothie and juice bar because of "lack of good food options in the area — healthier food options."
