A new restaurant will open in Myrtle Beach. It will have pickleball courts and sushi.

A new bar and grill will come to Kings Highway this summer while another eatery closes its doors.

Prime Bar and Grill will open at a six thousand-square-foot location at 1803 North Kings Highway and hopes to begin serving the public at the end of July.

The restaurant is expected to have an American Brewery theme and will feature three pickleball courts, drive through, a sushi bar, pizza, and other amenities for patrons.

No menu has been announced. The restaurant will release it within thirty days and begin advertising on social media before the official opening.

Barrie Nadi is the owner and said that the new establishment would have something for everyone.

“We are trying to make it one of those hometown restaurants that has everything on the menu is for everyone in the venue,” Nadi said. “A diversified menu brings people in.”

While Prime Bar and Grill will open, Nadi’s other Myrtle Beach establishment has closed.

Prime Chicken ceased serving in late May before Memorial Day. The restaurant opened in December 2021, and Nadi said Prime Chicken was profitable. However, staff turnover was high, and Nadi decided to close the chicken-themed restaurant.
