Inspector Notes: Observed bar dish washer not sanitizing at proper disinfectant level. Observed facility to not have test strips for the dish machine in bar area and three compartment sink. Observed water to not heating up in the men and women restrooms. Observed front door of bar to be open with no air curtain.

Inspector Notes: Observed a pan filled with water stored in the hand sink. Observed the absence of hand-drying provisions such as paper towels, etc. near the hand sink. Observed soap absent from hand sink. (COS: PIC supplied soap to the hand sink from the 3 compartment sink.) Observed cream cheese stored in the cooler at 68 F. Observed observed salsa, cream cheese, and butter outside temperature control units without a TPHC procedure or time documentation.

Inspector Notes: Observed employees not able to wash hands due to hand washing sink basin being occupied by pans and utensils. When employee did wash hands, they did not utilize soap, did not wash for 20 seconds, and dried hands on a previously used towel instead of a hand drying device or paper towels. Notified PIC of proper hand washing procedures. Observed employee washing hand in preparation sink due to hand washing sink being occupied by dishes. Observed knife used for portioning ribs being stored under the cutting board. Observed bathroom sink and hand sink in main kitchen area actively leaking when in use. Observed paint peeling off walls in bathroom, floor tiles missing and walls degrading, providing surfaces that are not smooth and cleanable. Observed hand washing sink set in wooden base.

Inspector Notes: Observed raw chicken stored next to raw shrimp above raw fish. Observed scoop for ice stored in on a surface that was not clean or protected. Observed scoops in flour and sugar with handles stored in the food product. Observed build up of debris on gaskets of cold holding and hot holding equipment, storage racks of walk in cooler. Observed that no cold water was present in the public facing restroom. Observed gaps in windows around wall mounted A/C units, allowing exposure to outside air and possible pest entry. Observed two pests on the floor of the kitchen below the reach in freezer.
TEXAS ROADHOUSE, 23 W. MONTGOMERY CROSSROADS, SAVANNAH, 80
Inspector Notes: Observed two hand washing sinks (Knife- bread area, strainer and green equipment- back storage near walk in freezer) in the facility to have kitchen utensils and equipment. Observed ice machine to have pink and black build up on the interior of the machine where ice is generated. Observed multiple TCS food items within the one reach in (under grill) and prep top (across from grill) cold holding units to not be holding temperature 41F and below. Observed multiple plates and metal pans throughout the facility to be wet stacked in the clean dish storage area. Observed multiple reach in coolers throughout the cook line to have old food debris within it and within the gaskets.
GREEN FIRE PIZZA - POOLER, 1557 POOLER PKWY., STE 100, POOLER, 76
Inspector Notes: Observed an employee wearing gloves when rinsing dishes and then attempted to cut vegetables without changing gloves. Employee also did not wash hands before dawning new gloves. Observed hand sink by oven used as a dump sink. Also observed no handwashing signage indicating hand washing only. Observed multiple food items in main prep top/reach-in cooler held at inadequate cold holding temperatures (see temp log). Observed wet nesting on clean dish rack. Observed single-use items in dry storage stored on the ground. Observed two employee drinks in the walk-in cooler above and next to facility items (monster, body armour).
