Inspector Notes: Observed multiple cans of red bull stored throughout upstairs kitchen (dish pit area, dry storage, and in reach in near hand sink) CA: Educated PIC that personal items must be consolidated and stored in area away from food. Observed no thermometers in any of the cold holding units inspected. Observed many fruit flies in downstairs bar area.

Inspector Notes: Observed hand sink blocked by food pans and also observed food pans and lids in the hand sink basin. Observed TCS food items in the reach-in cooler (butter, sausage, pasteurized egg product, etc.) cold-holding above 41 F. (COS: food items are cooling down in the cooler since the door was propped open after breakfast service.) Observed a container of sausage cooling from 97 F at 10:10 AM to 82 F at 11:04 AM.

Inspector Notes: Observed raw salmon in the back reach-in cooler stored above vegetables and other RTE food items. Also observed raw beef stored above vegetables and noodles in the walk in cooler. Observed multiple food items above 41F (see temp log for temps): fish, imitation crab.
