Observed food stored uncovered (crab cakes, butter, lemon, chives, hush puppies etc.) in multiple refrigeration units. Observed raw fish (whiting) stored in standing water. Educated PIC on thawing frozen items under running water.

Inspector Notes: Observed build up on both ice machines in the machine kitchen interior and walls. Observed build up on the interior of cooler with potatoes inside. Observed all prep sink in the facility to not have any hot water. Observed single service bowl to be stored in barbeque sauce on hot line. Observed chemicals (Lysol and chemicals spray) stored next to Styrofoam cups in the front food service area. Observed food debris on multiple storage racks throughout the facility and on the interior of equipment ( walk in cooler, reach in coolers). Observed a storage rack coated with flour. Observed grease and oil coating the wires of heat lamp and soda machine carbonator in the main kitchen. Observed heavy build up on the floors walls and ceiling of the facility.
