Williams made an immediate impact in his lone season in Lubbock.
Williams, a transfer from UTEP, led the Red Raiders averaging 14.1 points per game and added 4.2 rebounds per contest. He shot 41.7% from 3-point range and finished 53.5% of his total shot attempts, earning first-team All-Big 12 honors.
Harrison Wind of DNVR Sports reported that the Denver Nuggets have signed Adonis Arms to an Exhibit 10 contract.

An Exhibit 10 contract is a non-guaranteed contract worth the league minimum salary that does not count against the team's salary cap unless the player makes the opening-day roster.
Arms' deal can be converted into a two-way contract, which would allow Arms to play for the Nuggets' G-League affiliate, the Grand Rapids Gold.
The Winthrop transfer found his stride when he entered the starting lineup for the Red Raiders. He finished the year averaging 8.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, had a team-high 104 assists and totaled 36 steals.
