Report: Rhea Ripley Suffered Injury On 4/8 WWE RAW

WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has suffered an injury, according to a new report.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Ripley was injured on the April 8 episode of WWE RAW, per multiple sources. Ripley was involved in a backstage brawl on the show. No specific details about the injury were provided in the report.

Johnson reports that the internal talk is that Rhea Ripley’s “issue” is severe enough that she may be forced to vacate her championship, possibly as soon as the Apri 15 episode of WWE RAW.

Ripley successfully defended her title against Becky Lynch at WWE WrestleMania 40 on April 6. Morgan attacked her on the April 9 episode of WWE RAW, seemingly reigniting the feud between the two.
