Report: Jerry Lawler Returns Home After Suffering Stroke Last Month
PWInsider is reporting that Jerry Lawler has been given permission to travel home to Memphis, Tennessee following a stroke last month.
Lawler, 73 years old, suffered a stroke inside his Florida condo on February 6. The initial report was that it was a very serious medical issue but it was later announced by doctors that he would make a full recovery.
For the past few weeks, Lawler had been staying in Florida to undergo outpatient therapy. Lawler’s last WWE appearance was during the 2023 Royal Rumble where he co-hosted the kickoff show. He would later make a public signing appearance February 5 in Florida just a day before having the stroke.
The following picture was posted of Lawler shortly after the news was announced that he was allowed to go home.
