A new report reveals that Heath, formerly known as Heath Slater in WWE, could be bound for free agency in the near future.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reports that Heath is set to be a free agent in October. His deal with IMPACT Wrestling is set to expire, and the two sides have not reached an agreement on a new deal.

WWE released Heath in a wave of cuts in April 2020 but brought him back for a one-off in July. He then made his debut in IMPACT at Slammiversary 2020, and he has been with the company ever since. He suffered a serious injury early on during his time with the company. As a result, he previously had time added to his deal.

Heath and Rhyno won the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship on the October 20, 2022, episode of IMPACT Wrestling. They later lost the titles to the Motor City Machine Guns.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.

Heath Had A Memorable WWE Career

Heath previously had a lengthy run in WWE, as he signed a developmental deal in 2006. He was memorably featured as a member of the Nexus and 3MB. During his time with the company, Heath held the WWE Tag Team Championship and the SmackDown Tag Team Championship, among other accolades.
