Report: AEW Reaches Short-Term Extension With QT Marshall

QT Marshall will be staying with All Elite Wrestling, at least for the time being.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reports that Marshall and AEW have been in contract extension talks. Marshall had a brief vacation, and he has continued to work. At one point in time, Marshall’s talent contract was up, and he worked without one.

Per Sapp, Marshall had been negotiating his extension. The deal will see Marshall stay with AEW as a talent and continue his key work as a VP behind the scenes. This extension will stretch through 2023.

Marshall is the reigning AAA Latin American Champion, and he has defended it on AEW programming. He won the title at AAA Triplemania XXXI: CDMX, where he defeated Pentagón Jr., Dralístico, and Texano Jr. to win the title.
