Internationally renowned chef Mauro Colagreco, whose three Michelin-starred restaurant in France draws gourmands from around the world, is coming to the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

That he’s headlining two special culinary events at the resort’s Florie’s restaurant on Thursday and Friday — advance reservations are required — is a homecoming, of sorts.

Colagreco debuted Florie’s in 2019 as a partner in the restaurant with the Four Seasons. Though he’s not on hand there day to day because of his several international restaurant interests, he’s the de facto executive chef who leads the Florie’s team.

This week's dinner events with Colagreco are, respectively, “A Taste of the French Riviera” and “A Truffle Symphony.”

The first will showcase the culinary spirit of a France region home to Colagreco’s famed Mirazur restaurant in Menton, France. A four-course “Taste of the Riviera” menu ($195 a person) will also offer optional wine pairings for an additional $90.

“A Truffle Symphony” on Friday will feature a decadent truffle-accented four-course menu ($250 a person) with optional wine pairings for $120.
