Remy Ma Goes on ‘Wendy Williams’ to Talk About That Feud of Hers With Nicki Minaj
Remy Ma, dressed as though she were going to a funeral, was on Wendy Williams, alongside pal Fat Joe, to talk about her ongoing feud with Nicki Minaj. Remy has released two diss tracks about Minaj. She said she was inspired to write them because of what Minaj is like behind the scenes.
“[Minaj is] trying to keep me off of red carpets, trying to make sure awards don’t go to me or she’s not going to be in attendance, or trying to get people to make bad reports about my album sales, or just anything that I’m doing to make me look less and make her look better,” Remy Ma complained. “I have a problem. When you’re trying to stop my bag, when you’re trying to stop me from taking care of my children, now, I have a problem with that.”

Remy Ma says her diss track had nothing with a Minaj guest verse on a Gucci Mane track many people say is insulting her. “To me, the record that she did that everyone was saying and that I also heard behind the scenes she was promoting as the record that was gonna end me, I thought it was wack,” she said. “I didn’t care about that. To be honest, I didn’t care. What bothered me was the behind-the-scenes things.”
