REJ Entertainment, Management & Production Company Of Adam Rejwan, Rebrands As Time Train

EXCLUSIVE: Adam Rejwan, the rising manager-producer behind REJ Entertainment, has renamed the company Time Train, Deadline has learned.

The move comes as the management and production company makes its first moves into the latter area, with the ability to fund development of select projects through a syndicate of investors it’s begun working with. Among its upcoming projects is The Ghost of Doheny, which tells the story of cult icon Jack Nance, the lead of David Lynch’s iconic feature Eraserhead. Currently in pre-sales, the pic to star SNL alum Bobby Moynihan as Nance and Crispin Glover as Lynch will be directed by Paul Sanchez IV, a Time Train client coming off of development of a TV project for Sony Gemstone.

Working in his early years in the business under such filmmakers as Damon Lindelof, Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec, Rejwan launched the company now known as Time Train in 2016. He managed to cultivate a successful business by seeking out behind-the-scenes talents with no resumes or networks to tap into, driving for Lyft to pay the bills for two years following its inception, until clients started to consistently bring in revenue.

The company has placed an emphasis on diverse talent, with LGBTQIA+, POC and/or female creatives making up around 70% of Rejwan’s client base. In addition to Sanchez, clients include Elizabeth Sherman, who is going out as a co-producer after building up to Executive Story Editor on Chicago Fire; Grown-ish scribe Kyle Drew, who made the 2022 Black List with his script Who Made the Potato Salad; Nyala Moon, who recently won Outfest’s Grand Jury Award for her short Dilating for Maximum Results; and Michael Gabrielle, who is out to producers now for a feature adaptation of his award-winning short, Get Away.

Also repped by the company are the up-and-coming composers known as the Mondo Boys, who have most recently scored the Nelms Brothers’ action thriller Red Right Hand, starring Orlando Bloom, Andie MacDowell and Garret Dillahunt, as well as the Milli Vanilli doc for Paramount+ and Gunther’s Millions for Netflix, following work on films like Amy Seimetz’s She Dies Tomorrow.
