Regina Spektor stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday night, June 16th to perform her new song “Becoming All Alone.” Watch the replay below.

“Why doesn’t it get better with time?/ I’m becoming all alone again/ Stay, stay, stay/ I went walking home alone/ Past all the bars and corner delis/ When I asked God/ Please call/ Call my name,” the singer-songwriter crooned on the lead single to her forthcoming eighth studio album Home, before and after.

Due out June 24th via Sire Records/Warner Music Group, the LP will be Spektor’s first in over half a decade — since 2016’s Remember Us to Life — and also includes previously released tracks “Up the Mountain” and “Loveology.”

In support of Home, before and after, the Russian-American songstress has charted out a North American headlining tour, which begins at the end of June with a number of shows supporting Norah Jones as she celebrates the 20th anniversary of her celebrated 2002 debut album Come Away With Me. From there, Spektor will make headlining stops in cities such as Salt Lake City, Denver, New York City, and Los Angeles through October. Get tickets here.

Last month, the Grammy nominee marked the 20th anniversary of her own long-out-of-print debut album 11:11 with a special limited-edition box set featuring a remastered copy of the independently-released studio effort and Papa’s Bootlegs — two vinyl-only collections of 11:11 deep cut live performances recorded by her father during the era.
