Late last week, The Morning Show actress spoke at the INBOUND Conference in Boston where she discussed her friendships, her billionaire status, dealing with rejection, and more. Though participants came to hear speak, her outfit also spoke volumes. The message? Business wear, specifically work pants, doesn’t have to be boring.

For the event, she opted for a pair of navy and white pinstriped pants that were fun yet professional. To round out the look, she added a solid navy long-sleeve blouse with sparkly embellishments, plus a pair of coordinating navy heels.
