Red Stick Rivalry: See when, where, what tickets cost for Baton Rouge celebrity boxing
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Red Stick Rivalry will take place at the Baton Rouge Community College Gymnasium on Saturday, April 6.
According to a news release, the event will start at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Celebrity and professional boxing matches will take place throughout the day until 10 p.m.
According to the event’s website, some of the celebrity boxing matches include Roman Banks, Southern University Athletics Director, facing off against Verge Ausberry, Executive Deputy Director of Athletics at LSU. State Rep. Lauren Ventrella will also be facing off against Councilwoman Jennifer Racca.

This year’s event will also feature team matchups with representatives from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, according to the event’s website.
General admission is $50, plus a $1.25 service fee. VIP table tickets are $200, plus a $5 service fee, ringside tickets are $150, plus a $3.75 service fee and floor tickets are $100, plus a $2.50 service fee.
A portion of the ticket proceeds will be going towards St. Jude Hospital, according to a news release.
