You don't have to wait until Thursday to get a copy of the Record Searchlight's Thanksgiving edition.

If you are a print subscriber, you should receive the Thursday newspaper on this Wednesday afternoon.

You can also buy the paper at the usual R-S single-copy locations, including many grocery stores and convenience stores.

Due to the holiday, there is no print edition of Wednesday's paper. But you can always check out the electronic edition of the Wednesday paper on Redding.com for local stories, puzzles, comics and sports.

The Thanksgiving issue is full of ads for Black Friday sales, with several inserts detailing discounts at small businesses and big-name retailers.

Print subscribers, Friday's newspaper will be delivered to your home. On Saturday, go online for the Saturday newspaper, which publishes as an e-edition.
