It’s not over until the “Fat Amy” sings.

Rebel Wilson, the star of “Pitch Perfect,” has once again taken aim at “Borat” actor Sacha Baron Cohen.

She’s claimed that the “Bruno” star is an “a–hole” who behaved badly on the set of a film the duo starred in and is now trying to stop the publication of her forthcoming memoir “Rebel Rising,” which calls him out.

“Thanks so much to everyone who has sent gorgeous messages of support in the last few days and to those who share with me their stories of the a–hole!,” Wilson, 44, posted on her Instagram Story.

“Don’t worry I won’t be bullied or threatened by this guy! And am working hard behind the scenes to make sure my book comes out!”

The Aussie actress added: “Ps my book is not ABOUT this guy – this is one chapter!”

The pair starred in the 2016 spy comedy “The Brothers Grimsby,” in which Baron Cohen, 52, played a working-class Brit-turned spy named Nobby and Wilson played Dawn, the mother of his 11 kids.

Their ugly spat began March 15 when Wilson said in an Instagram video that a portion of her book would be devoted to a “massive a–hole” she once worked with.

“When I first came to Hollywood, people were like, yeah, ‘I have a no-a–hole policy. [It] means like, yeah, I don’t work with a–holes.’ I was like, ‘Oh yeah. I mean, that sounds sensible or logical,’ ” Wilson said. “But then it really sunk in because I worked with a massive a–hole and yeah, now I definitely have a no a–holes policy.”

Without naming the alleged offender, the actress concluded, “The chapter on said a–hole is chapter 23. That guy was a massive a–hole.”

Eight days later, Wilson wrote in an Instagram Story that the anonymous jerk was trying to silence her.

“I wrote about an a–hole in my book. Now, said a–hole is trying to threaten me,” Wilson said. “He’s hired a crisis PR manager and lawyers. He is trying to stop press coming out about my book. But the book WILL come out, and you will all know the truth.”

The following day she revealed the man’s identity — Baron Cohen.

“I will not be bullied or silenced by high priced lawyers or PR crisis managers,” Wilson wrote. “The ‘a–hole’ that I am talking about in ONE CHAPTER of my book is: Sacha Baron Cohen.”

A spokesman for Baron Cohen denied the allegations, telling The Post in a statement, “While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of ‘The Brothers Grimsby.’ “

That film also starred Baron Cohen’s wife Isla Fisher, alongside Penelope Cruz, Mark Strong and Gabourey Sidibe.

Wilson has railed against Baron Cohen’s off-camera behavior before, saying he tried to pressure her to perform nude in the movie.

“Every single day he’s like, ‘Rebel, can you just go naked in this scene?’ And I’m like, ‘No!’ ” she said on the “Kyle and Jackie O” radio show in Australia.

“Sacha and I have the same agent in America and I’m like, ‘Sacha, I’m going to call our agent Sharon and tell her how much you are harassing me.’ “

Wilson added: “Every day he’s like, ‘Just go naked, it will be funny. Remember in ‘Borat’ when I did that naked scene? It was hilarious.’ On the last day I thought I’d obviously won the argument and he got a body double to do the naked scene.”

But, she said, he had another lewd suggestion.

“He’s like, ‘Look, I’ll just pull down my pants, you just stick your finger up my butt, it’ll be a really funny bit,’ ” Wilson said.

In the film, she spanks her co-star instead.

“Rebel Rising” will be published April 2.
