An Atlanta realtor asked for advice with staging a home and ended up going viral for the hilarious response to his innocent tweet.

Alan Corey shared a photo on X (formerly Twitter) of an inaccessible landing at a home he was working on staging.

"One of my least-liked design elements of suburban design is this inaccessible landing I see in foyers. Any creative solutions for 'staging' it out there?"

The tweet captivated the home design-obsessed and meme-obsessed alike, as the internet shared some very creative responses to the tricky but sizable space.

There were a few legitimate options for the space, with one person sharing a similar space in their home that was turned into a hangout spot for their kids. Another person added an illuminated longhorn skull as a statement art piece.

Of course, the functional solutions were far outnumbered by the humorous ones, with people joking that by the time Corey settled on an idea, a Spirit Halloween store would move into the empty area.

Another response agreed on the idea of the space as a hangout spot, but photoshopped in Tony Soprano and Paulie Walnuts sitting down, enjoying a chat.

Brands even started getting in on the fun, joking there was enough room for a Chili's or Chipotle, a Dollar General or even a Blockbuster in the vacant space.

The different takes on the space resulted in over 4,000 replies and over 21,000 quote tweets.

Corey responded to a few different replies to his original tweet before sharing an update about it.

"200 MILLION VIEWS in 1 week! Thanks for making this so fun and entertaining," Corey said in a follow-up tweet. "Still soliciting ideas for this inaccessible landing if you have any btw 🤣."
