Real Life ‘Iron Man’ Suit Shoots Powerful Laser (Video)

He might not work at Stark industries yet but a German Gadget enthusiast has created his own version of the Iron Man chest piece, with a functional and powerful uni beam laser. Check out the clip above.

“The lasers are really dangerous, had to test them before the ‘Is it wearable,'” suit maker Patrick Priebe tells TheWrap. “They melt steel sheet. So very close to a real Iron Man uni beam.” Priebe has been making gadgets from movies and video games since 2010.

At the 55 second mark of the video you can see the uni beam burn a hole through cardboard. At the 2:21 mark, you can actually see the uni beam burning through sheet metal like Priebe claims.

Priebe has previously made a dual-laser Iron Man glove from “Avengers: Age of Ultron” back in 2015.
