‘Real Housewives’ Star Dr. Leonard Hochstein Asks Judge To Toss Ex-Patient Behind Bars for Trashing Him

Dr. Leonard Hochstein, a surgeon, nicknamed the “Boob God” of Miami, has been battling an ex-patient for months and has just taken the drastic step to ask a court to throw her behind bars.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Hochstein filed a motion for bodily attachment against Kristen LaPointe, which in basically asks a judge to lock her up until she removes all negatives posts about the doctor as a part of a court order.

Hochstein and his wife Lisa starred on “Real Housewives of Miami” for 2 seasons alongside Joanna Krupa and Larsa Pippen.

According to the documents, the doctor claims, “This Honorable Court has issued no less than three orders directing the defendants to not post any further comments concerning this matter. The most recent order is a default final judgment which included a permanent injunction barring them from posting.”

He argues, “They have willfully violated this injunction by and through continuing to post knowing this default final judgment has been issued directing them not to.”

Hochstein wants “this Honorable court to issue a writ of bodily attachment, direct defendants to pay all attorney’s fees and costs associated with this motion and any further relief this court deems just and proper.”

He also claims this specific ex-patient has violated multiple court orders.

Hocsteins lawyer Lorne E. Berkeley tells The Blast, “The legal action which has taken place on behalf of Dr. Hochstein is due solely to Brent Rangen and Kristen LaPointe’s own actions. They have refused to follow court orders to remove posts found to be false/defamatory after an evidentiary hearing as well as remove posts they have made using false names and online accounts.”

He continues, “This has all been done by them solely with the intent to cause harm to Dr. Hochstein and with the hopes of receiving a refund for the surgical procedure performed. Any reasonable person would take such legal action to protect their business and reputation.”

The case is back in court next week to see if the judge orders the arrest.
