Tamra Judge is prioritizing her health.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star revealed Monday that she had been hospitalized for intestinal issues.

"Intestinal obstruction," Judge, 56, wrote in a post on her Instagram Story. "Praying I won't need surgery." She went on to apologize that her hospitalization will postpone the next episode of her podcast Two Ts in a Pod, which she hosts alongside Teddi Mellencamp.

The reality star also dispelled rumors that her health issues were caused by Ozempic, the diabetes medication that is often used off-label for weight loss. In response to a post saying, "This is Ozempic, right?" Judge wrote in another Instagram Story, "These comments are disgusting! I've suffered from intestinal problems for years. I've had multiple surgeries in the past 12 years."

Judge, who recently returned from filming season 2 of The Traitors in Scotland, went on to explain that viral photos from her past were also impacted by her medical condition. "Remember when you all made fun of me for not having a belly button," she wrote. "That was due to emergency life saving surgery. Part of my intestines were being strangled. My grandmother died of intestinal problems."

She added, "I've never been on Ozempic and personally wouldn't use it for weight loss!"

In a follow-up post, Judge shared a photo of her husband, Eddie Judge, giving her a foot massage in the hospital. Her RHOC castmate Taylor Armstrong also wished her well, writing on Instagram, "Sending love, thoughts and prayers to my beautiful friend."

Unfortunately, this isn't Judge's first alarming medical episode. The star revealed last year that she'd been treated for cervical cancer. "I needed to take over my body," she said in an interview on The Dr. Oz Show.

Meanwhile, The Real Housewives of Orange County is set to premiere its season 17 finale Wednesday on Bravo.
