New sales professionals have affiliated with Sarasota area locations of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
They are: Gloria Bracciano, Lakewood Ranch; Roberta Gainer, Venice; and Amy Drake, Michael Grimm, Mette Milland, Cari Miller and Montana Taplinger, downtown Sarasota.

Grant Cole has joined Re/Max Alliance Group as a broker-associate in the Anna Maria Island office.
He has 35 years of real estate experience, including building, developing, buying, selling and investing. He previously worked at Salty Mermaid Real Estate on Holmes Beach.
Cole graduated from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Mark L. Evans, of Michael Saunders & Company, Main Street Sarasota office, recently earned the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation from the SRES Council of the National Association of Realtors.
Evans joins more than 15,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the designation. All were required to complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers ages 55 and older.
