The show follows Cardone as he is pitched a variety of real estate deals by local real estate operators and wannabes alike, as they vie for the opportunity to get a deal funded by the real estate king himself.

It is produced by 10X Studios, which was founded by Cardone and Aengus James. The deal was struck by CRE84U Entertainment’s Monica Gil-Rodriguez and Allied Management Group’s John Pollak.

In addition to being a real estate investor, Cardone is the author of The 10X Rule book and 10X Growth Conference as well as an equity fund manager.

CRE84U and Allied Management Group will represent the 10X slate in global markets and will exec produce alongside Cardone and James.

“I want to help America learn how to create generational wealth investing in real estate.  In the first season I visit ten great cities in America in search of great real estate to buy. No deal is too small or too big.  If it’s great real estate at the right price with the right partner I will buy it with my money. In the process of watching the show, the viewer will learn my secrets to create massive wealth investing in real estate,” said Cardone.

“We’re ecstatic to play a role in the monumental endeavor of bringing Grant Cardone and Aengus James’ 10X Studio content to a worldwide audience. As an entrepreneur myself, I deeply understand the significance of having access to riveting and actionable content capable of propelling businesses to unprecedented heights. Grant’s resonating message, especially amidst the backdrop of economic uncertainty, holds profound relevance. I’m eagerly anticipating the transformative impact the show will undoubtedly have on the local business community,” added Gil-Rodriguez.
