Get ready for a ton of foxtrots on Motown Night on ‘Dancing with the Stars’

It’s Motown Night on “Dancing with the Stars” this week and nothing says “Motown” more than… Michael Strahan. The “Good Morning America” co-anchor will guest-judge the remaining 12 couples’ routines to soul hits.

Prepare yourself for a whole lotta foxtrots. Half of the dances are foxtrots and the other six are two quicksteps, one cha-cha, one tango, one rumba and one jive. Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach have the jive, marking the second consecutive week they are the only couple assigned a particular dance style (last week was rumba). TPTB are really testing out his extra vertebrae, huh?

Fans from all time zones in the U.S. and Canada can vote during the live East Coast broadcast via dwtsvote.abc.com and U.S. fans can also vote via text. The live votes will be combined with the judges’ scores every week to determine the elimination.

“Dancing with the Stars” airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on ABC and Disney+. Episodes will be available the next day on Hulu.
