Taylor Swift and Momma Kelce were in very good company watching the Kansas City Chiefs’ 41-10 taming of the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon.

All told, NFL on Fox’s broadcast of “America’s Game of the Week” delivered the Monday-through-Sunday measurement period’s most-watched telecast on any network, with 24.3 million total viewers.

For comparison’s sake, Monday Night Football’s Week 2 action averaged 21.8 million viewers on Sept. 18 (across ESPN, ABC, ESPN2, ESPN+ and ESPN Deportes), while Prime Video’s most recent Thursday Night Football drew 13.9 million.

Pop queen Swift quite famously took in the proceedings while sitting near Donna Kelce, mother of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, and others. Swift and Kelce have been rumored to be dating — or “quietly hanging out” — since mid-September. Her appearance at the game (followed by a private party with the Chiefs a restaurant Tay bought out) was the first highly visible suggestion of some kind of relationship, and both the game’s announcers and camera operators certainly took note.

Throughout the game, Fox announcers made frequent reference to Swift being in the crowd. Even over on CBS, the Grammy winner was singled out as a topic of conversation during between-games NFL coverage.

For any football fans (or others) who want more Swift, you’re in luck: Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, a concert film documenting her wildly successful 2023 outing, will make its theatrical debut on Friday, Oct. 13. (Find out how you can watch!)
