Get ready to belt your favorite show tunes as Broadway Rave comes to SLC
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Time to throw your jazz hands in the air and belt out your favorite showtunes — Broadway Rave is coming to Salt Lake City.
The show, described as a “touring musical theatre dance party created for theater kids, by theater kids,” will be at the Metro Music Hall this Friday, May 24. It starts at 8 p.m., with tickets going for $17 ahead of time or $20 the day of the show.
Videos of previous shows on Broadway Rave’s Instagram show fans singing along to musical theater hits from “Rent,” “Hairspray” and “Heathers.” Online, Broadway Rave also says they will “have surprise guests from some of your favorite Broadway stars.”
Not only will you be able to dance and sing your heart out, but attendees are also encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters — so feel free to grab your Phantom of the Opera mask or Elphaba costume before heading over.
