Are you ready for this year’s Annual Report?

Starting Monday, we’ll name our Top 50 Albums, which will roll over into similar lists for top songs, movies, and TV shows. As per tradition, we’ll also share our picks for top Band, Artist, Rookie, Filmmaker, Performance, Composer, Comedian, etc.

Still, we can’t forget about our beloved readers. No, your opinion is very, very important to us, especially as we head into 2019 with new music, movies, and television shows to cover. After all, the wheel never stops turning in pop culture.

So, using the form below, please submit your own ballots for the best in music, film, and television this year. You’ll also find questions related to your CoS experience: what you like, what you hate, what you’d like to see us do in the future.

For your participation, you’ll automatically be entered to win a prize pack containing vinyl of our favorite albums, copies of our top films, and various merchandise from Consequence of Sound. It’ll be the greatest goodie bag you never had.
