CBS won a quiet Sunday night, though its Tea Leoni-led “Madam Secretary” fell to a series low of a 0.7 rating in the advertiser coveted adults 18-49 demographic, and 6.5 million viewers overall.
Long-running news program “60 Minutes” was the highest-rated show of the night, for CBS and across all networks, with a 1.6 rating and 11.2 million viewers.
Overall, CBS was first in ratings with a 1.5 rating/6 share in 18-49 and in total viewers with an average of 10.5 million, according to preliminary numbers. “NCIS: LA” garnered a 1.1 rating with 9.2 million viewers.
NBC was second in ratings with a 0.9/3 and in viewers with 5.5 million. All three of its shows, reality series “Little Big Shots,” “Chicago Justice” and “Shades of Blue,” held steady from the previous week’s ratings.
ABC was third in ratings with a 0.6/5 and in viewers with 2.0 million. “Once Upon a Time” pulled in a 0.7 rating and 2.6 million viewers, even with last week, as was “American Crime’s” 0.4 rating and 1.8 million viewers.
Fox, airing repeats of its shows all night, tied with ABC in ratings with a 0.6/5 but only 1.4 million viewers.
