Rapper Juicy J Sorry For Pushing Drug Culture: 'If I Inspired Anybody To Do Drugs I Apologize'
Three 6 Mafia founder Juicy J showed remorse for possibly setting a bad example for fans and apologized for ever making drugs seem cool. The "Bandz a Make Her Dance" artist was up late on Friday night and fired off his heartfelt apology to the world on Twitter.
"If I inspired anybody to do drugs I apologize," the rapper stated.
J is not usually associated with drugs specifically but some of Three 6 Mafia's biggest songs, "Sippin' on Some Syrup" and "Roll With It" for example, feature some questionable lyrics about substance use and abuse despite being awesome.

Why Now?
Juicy J, real name Jordan Michael Houston, has been an influential artist since the early days of Three 6 Mafia and has received numerous awards including a Grammy, a BET Hip Hop Award, and a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award. Of course, who could forget when he walked away with an Academy Award for Best Original Song for his work on the song "It's Hard out Here for a Pimp" from the 2005 movie, "Hustle & Flow."
We are not sure why he decided to shout his mea culpa to the world now. Perhaps he was reflecting on the end of 2019 during the last few days before the new year. Juicy J won his Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award in 2015 when he was featured on Katy Perry's song, "Dark Horse," so there is no doubt he is a role model
Fans Don't Blame Him
His fans reached out to the rapper to let him know the actions of others are not his fault.
"Love Triple-Six Mafia and was too strong-minded to let a rap song influence me but I love that you apologized because some people are easily influenced," one fan replied.
Other fans put the blame on parents and not musical artists. "no need to apologize for people who parents failed them Juice Mane 👑," one wrote.
Another follower admitted that he may have inspired people but ultimately it is a personal decision.
"U may have inspired some but wasnt ur fault. Everysong was made from drugs.and the people who did use was already going to they just need a lil push n someone to blame."
