Elsa B.: So the tests start to become available April 1. Who has access? Who prescribes, or do you go out an buy one at Walgreens? If you test negative, that doesn't guarantee you won't catch the virus the first time you go out in public,does it? Who will be checking that everyone who goes back to work actually tested negative? This may be a beginning (for health care workers, for example), but for the vast majority of the public, there's a whole lot more work to be done before the "all clear" we've been waiting for. But I'm sure Mr. Happy-Talk President will be ringing the bell for Easter services, and a whole new surge of Covid-19 will come two weeks later.
