A new chapter is on the horizon for local favorite, Òrale Tacos. After the closure of its brick-and-mortar at 111 W. Congress St. in 2022 and the focus shift to its grab-and-go window, Orale Tacos Express, located inside Barrelhouse South, the taco spot has found a new home.

News of the new brick-and-mortar was announced on Instagram:

"After a long wait, we 're very excited to announce that Orale Tacos + found a new home in the heart of downtown Savannah and will open very soon."

The restaurant will be located at the building on the corner of Congress Street and MLK Jr. Boulevard, the former home of Asian and Southern-inspired restaurant Folkore which closed its doors in June.
