Rajinikanth Movie Petta Unseen Scene Revealed on Its 5th Anniversary

Tamil superstar Rajinikanth’s movies are always a delight for his fans. At 73, the actor is as active in the film industry as humanly possible. He has a number of movies lined up in his kitty and has allegedly signed even more. From action to romance, the actor has aced every emotion on screen. On the occasion of his film Petta’s fifth anniversary, the makers revealed his romantic side with an unseen sequence.

Petta is a 2019 action drama helmed by Karthik Subbaraj. Apart from Rajinikanth, the film saw an ensemble cast. Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Trisha, Simran Bagga, M Sasikumar, Bobby Simha, and others played key roles. The film received mixed reviews from critics, yet it managed to mint millions at the box office.

Rajinikanth’s Petta never-seen-before scene unveiled

Fans and Petta’s makers are delighted with the film completing five years. On the occasion, the makers dropped a beautiful video featuring the romance between Kaali and Mangalam. The track is titled ‘Idhu padam ila, Sambhavam’ and is crooned by Ilaiyaraaja. Unveiling the track, the makers wrote, “Idhu padam ila, Sambhavam (fire emoji) 5 years of marana mass Petta,” on X (formerly Twitter).

The romantic song has unseen visuals from the movie and showcases how beautiful Rajinikanth’s romance looks. It rightly captures the emotions of the actor’s character Kaali when he falls for Mangalam. Fans are thrilled after watching the clip and have been lauding the superstar on social media.

On the work front, Rajinikanth is currently gearing up for the release of Lal Salaam. The film has been delayed till February 9, 2024. It was initially set to hit the theaters around Pongal. He also has Vettaiyan with TJ Gnanavel and Thalaivar 171 with Lokesh Kanagaraj. As per a report by 123telugu.com, he will also team up with Mari Selvaraj and Nelson Dilipkumar for his two other movies. Moreover, he is allegedly in talks with KS Ravi Kumar for another movie.
