Kid Cudi has suffered a broken foot after hopping off the stage during the second weekend of Coachella 2024.

In a clip circulating the net, the Insano artist could be seen performing the collaborative track “Memories” with David Guetta before jumping off the large platform and taking a bad fall.

Paramedics immediately rushed to help the Cleveland star, where he laid on the ground visibly in pain and unable to get up by himself. Limping away from the stage with support, the crowd continued to cheer as Cudi painfully cracked a smile.

See below.

A day later (April 21), Cudi took to X to give fans an update on his foot after receiving emergency care at the hospital.

“Hey guys, so I broke my foot today at the show [disappointed emoji],” he wrote. “just leavin the hospital. Never broken a bone before so this is all a bit crazy. I wanna thank u all for ur concerns and well wishes!! I love yall man.”

Despite his injury, Cudi still showed gratitude to his fans. “I heard yall still ragin when I was offstage,” he added. “Made me smile big.”

Cudi was a surprise guest this year after the announcement was made last week that he’d be replacing the rock band, Vampire Weekend.

Tyler, the Creator and Doja Cat headlined the festival this year with additional performers including Ice Spice, Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, Chlöe, Blxst, Jhené Aiko, Lil Yachty, Coi Leray, Tems, Victoria Monét, and many more over the two-weekend event.

Hopefully Kid Cudi will be all healed up before embarking on his Insano Engage The Rage World Tour kicking off June 28 in Austin, Tx., and concluding March 18 in London.

Pusha T, Jaden Smith, EARTHGANG, and more will join him in select cities.
