Rage Against The Machine Drummer Bradley Wilk Fighting Ex Over Custody and Royalties in Divorce

Rage Against The Machine drummer Bradley Wilk is demanding joint custody of his kids in his nasty divorce battle, he is also demanding his ex-not get a dime of his Rage money.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bradley is now requesting joint legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old and 12-year-old sons.

Bradley’s estranged wife, Selene Vigil-Wilk is currently seeking primary physical custody of their kids and wants him to pay her spousal support.

In his newly filed docs, Bradley also asks the court to side with him and not award Selene any spousal support.

Bradley is requesting the court confirm that his 25% interest in Rage Against the Machine is his separate property. He wants it confirmed that Selene is not owed a dime from his royalties and touring money.

He also wants his ex to pay her own legal fees.

Earlier this year, Bradley’s estranged wife, Selene Vigil-Wilk, went back to court to reignite their divorce, which they had called off in 2013.

Selene originally filed for divorce from Bradley in 2013. They were married in 2005 and share two kids together. She sought primary physical custody and spousal support. The case had no activity until recently.

In her recent docs, Selene explains immediately after she filed for divorce the two decided to reconcile and work on their marriage. She claimed they reached a new living arrangement where Brad toured and she raised the kids.

The stay remained until she decided they could no longer be married in November 2017. She says since that time Bradley has been paying some of her bills, but she wants a court order ASAP.

Selene says Bradley pulled in $2.2 million in 2017 and believes he should pay $30,124 per month in temporary spousal support and $17,772 per month in temporary child support, until the divorce is final.

In her docs, Selene explained the original divorce was filed after she had learned Wilk had an affair with a woman from Vegas who worked at a strip club. He had told her the woman was pregnant which caused her to file, but when they found out the woman lied they were able to work things out.

She said everything was working for them until they went to the Brentwood Country Mart in December 2015, where he told her he wanted a divorce.

She claims in early 2016, Bradley went on tour with the actress Juliette Lewis’ brand. She writes, “He left and they went on tour for several months with her and the band. I later discovered that he was having an affair with her.”

“In late 2016 Brad returned to Los Angeles and informed me that he wanted to set up a mediation. He said that he was moving in with Juliette Lewis.” She then told him she was going through with another divorce. Bradley has been dating Lewis since 2016.

Bradley responded to his ex-denying the claims he had an affair with Juliette Lewis. He said “no good deed goes unpunished” and claims he has been paying his ex-plenty of support for years and wants her to get a job.

He denied his ex’s claim that they reconciled after their original 2013 split. He is adamant they have been separated for six years and have never gone on another date or touched since then.

Bradley has performed for Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave and Black Sabbath.
