R.I.P. Reg E. Cathey, actor from House of Cards and The Wire has died
Actor Reg E. Cathey has died, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He was 59 years old. A cause of death was not immediately known.
Cathey played Freddy Hayes, the owner of Freddy’s BBQ, on the Netflix political drama House of Cards. Prior to that, he portrayed newspaperman turned Baltimore politician Norman Wilson on The Wire.
