Quinta Brunson And Fellow “Bad Bi**hes” Go Bold For Sergio Hudson’s Spring ’24 NYFW Show

Sergio Hudson welcomed some of the best in style, television, music, and film to his New York Fashion Week Spring 2024 runway show Sunday (Sept. 10) at NYC’s Spring Studios.

Several attendees, including Quinta Brunson, La La Anthony, June Ambrose, Bresha Webb, Marsai Martin and Coco Jones, rocked bold, colorful fits, many of which were from Hudson’s Spring ’23 collection. The award-winning designer also found support in Kimora Lee Simmons, Ella Mai, Gizelle Bryant, And Just Like That‘s Karen Pittman, Yvonne Orji, Danielle Brooks and others who also looked stunning as they watched his latest hit the runway.

The collection, according to Hudson, was made for “a bad, boss bi**h,” the ESSENCE cover star told Fashionista. “The girls need new blouses, new dresses, new something. That’s what we’re trying to do, and I take main inspiration from my clients. I feel like they’re all really bad bi**hes, so that’s the theme of the show.”
