Queens Rap — and One Is Crowned on ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ Finale

The time finally came to crown a winner on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. And what better way to do that than with a rap-off? The four finalists were charged with writing lyrics and performing raps for a “bitch track” titled “Read U, Wrote U,” which will be featured on RuPaul’s new album.

The queens all rehearsed with a drag rapper named AB Soto, who helped them refine their solos. And once they got the lyrics down pat, they worked on their choreography. The end result was a pretty good song, if you’re into drag-queen hip-hop house music.

After all the queens performed their raps, the panel of judges selected the winner, Alaska. She was not only crowned the champion but her portrait and name were added to the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
