The plot of this drama centers around the lead couple when their marriage goes through a rough phase and the Hong family faces a massive threat. Furthermore, Park Sung-Hoon plays Yoon Eun-Sung, the villainous character of the drama.

A BTS video of the final day of filming Queen of Tears has been released on tvN‘s official Instagram handle. The clip is already going viral all over the internet. In the video, Kim Soo-Hyun looks emotional as he talks about his journey in the drama. He says, “It feels like it was just yesterday that we filmed the first time, but I can’t believe it’s already the last time.” He further adds, “Now I feel relieved and, at the same time, feel a closer bond than usual.”
In the video, Soo-Hyun and Kim Ji-Won are seen comforting each other. They even share a warm hug. Talking about Ji-Won’s journey as Hong Hae-In in Queen of Tears, the actress says, “After finishing the 16-episode journey, I don’t know how a year has passed. I fully experienced the four seasons through this drama.”
