Nobody makes shopping your own closet as glamorous as the royals. Today, Queen Mary of Denmark proved her skill in the art of the rewear, turning to a dress with some serious royal history for an event marking the 175th anniversary of Denmark's constitution.

The dress in question? None other than the vibrant pink Andrew Gn dress she previously wore for a reception at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III in 2023.

On that occasion, Mary paired the look with a jeweled turquoise clutch and nude, point-toe pumps, the latter of which she reprised today. However for this afternoon's event, she swapped out the colorful bag for a more neutral raffia clutch and added some impact with a wide-brimmed hat in a deep peach shade.

The choice is an especially nice royal nod, as the last time she opted for this look, she held the title Crown Princess—today, just over a year later, she returns to it as Queen. While Mary's go-to style is now sold out, the brand does offer a similar look that you can still shop.

Mary and her husband, King Frederik, officially took on the titles of king and queen this January when Frederik's mother, Queen Margrethe unexpectedly announced in her New Years speech that she would be stepping down from the throne, becoming the first Danish monarch in more than 500 years to abdicate. The couple took up their new mantles on January 14, 2024, but it was far from their last milestone of the year. Just last month, they also celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary during a state visit to Norway.
